March
Established Eighting Co., Ltd. to develop, design, produce and sell game software, with the Head Office in Ota-ku, Tokyo, and paid-in capital of 3 million yen.
 
May
Developed and launched the company’s first product, Sorcerer Striker, an arcade shooting game.
 
November
Changed corporate structure from a limited liability company to a joint stock company.
1994
December
Developed and launched software for a home video game version of our original arcade puzzle game as our first console software product, marking the beginning of aggressive development and sales of home video game software based on our originally-developed arcade games.
1996
July
Developed and launched 3D fighting game, Bloody Roar, both for arcades and PlayStation console.
2000
June
Entered the mobile content business by providing the adventure novel game, Summer Vacation at Baron House, currently provided by Dokiwaku Ke-tai Syoten on i-mode, which is operated by NTT DOCOMO, Inc.

Enhanced development capabilities and expanded the outsourced home video game software creation business by acquiring Rising Co., Ltd. and Logic & Magic Ltd. (paid-in capital: 22.25 million yen)

Relocated Head Office to Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.

Began providing network role-playing game, Ke-tai Ninja Jo! for i-mode.

December
Registered a patent for a personal authentication system based on analyzing unique musical sound data transmitted by the user’s mobile phone.

April
Planned and developed the 3D fighting game NARUTO—Gekito Ninja Taisen! for the home video game market.

Launched the Character Committee website for PC users.
Entered licensing business by distributing our original characters.
2004
February
Developed and started selling stuffed toys Bubble Rabbit and Yin Yang Panda to game arcades.
Launched CHARAMOBA, a general site for mobile phone users.

Started providing for i-mode our Musical Mobile content (currently Musical Café), specialized ringtones taken from musicals.
 
September
Started providing mobile content for Vodafone live! Internet service operated by Vodafone Group Plc. (Note: Vodafone live! was replaced by Yahoo! Keitai after Vodafone Group’s Japanese mobile phone unit was purchased by SoftBank Mobile Corp.)

Started providing mobile content for EZweb, a mobile Internet service operated by KDDI Corporation.
2005
June
Started providing Gain—Sorcerer Striker, a BREW version of our original arcade shooting game, Sorcerer Striker, for EZweb.

Listed on the Mothers section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
2008
August
Established EIGHTING OKINAWA Co.,Ltd. (paid-in capital: 15 million yen) to reinforce system development and implemented our intranet.
2010
October
Established EIGHTING NETWORKS Co.,Ltd. (paid-in capital: 15 million yen) to perform a development, planning, production, distribution and management of the online game.
 
November
Established 「Sapporo Studio」 (Sapporo City in Hokkaido) to reinforce system development.
